This is all about corrupting God’s creation similar to how the fallen angels in the scriptures mated with normal women to create the giants – it’s possible that an invert male can only create other inverts, but it’s not clear exactly how the reproduction of them is handled.
They may even be able to transition them with hormones early in the womb, making them grow the desired attributes including genitals, but they always maintain the biological skeleton.
You can get surgery for jaw, Adam’s apple (shaved or implanted), bum implants etc but you can’t change your gait – this is why analysing the way someone walks straight and on stairs is definitive in determining biological sex.
You can also tell by the shape of their skull, shoulders, size and thickness of neck, the proportions of the features on their face, their shoulder to hip ratio, length of arms, cheekbones and the S curve real women have in their spine etc.
After the gait I believe the best way to tell is from the jaw. From the front, the female skull also has softer cheekbones and is widest at the top, tapering in. You will get good at spotting it when you see many examples.
The ‘elite’ often fake their pregnancies using “moon bumps” and can use surrogacy etc to have their children. An invert male may even be able to reproduce normally with a normal biological female.
Their real gender as seen from their bone structure comes out with a vengeance when they age but is more easily concealed in youth. The gait never lies, but it’s best to look at someone walk when they don’t know you are looking to determine their true gait.

It’s best to use multiple skeleton markers to determine whether someone is inverted (the gait is the most reliable marker), as there can be some variation in other markers. For example, the female jaw on a man can be more obvious on some people than others.
I believe there are also “normal” men and women being born with some ambiguous characteristics due to the toxic medications and other methods the so-called elite use to assault us from birth. This is why we use multiple markers to identify who is inverted.
